How to report a bug or technical issue

If something isn’t working as expected, we appreciate it if you let us know so we can fix it quickly.

How to Report a Problem

Please email us at [email protected] and include:

  • Your account email

  • A short description of the issue

  • Steps to reproduce the problem (if possible)

  • Screenshots or screen recordings - this helps us solve it faster

  • Model name or order ID (only if it’s related to AI generation)

What Happens After You Report It?

  • Our support team reviews your report

  • If confirmed as a bug, it’s forwarded to the technical team

  • We’ll update you once it’s fixed or if we need more details

The more details you provide, the faster we can resolve the issue.
