If your AI headshots or thumbnails haven’t appeared yet, don’t worry - here’s how to quickly find or fix it.
1. Check the Right Place
Your images don’t get sent by email — they appear inside your dashboard.
Go to:
Dashboard → My Collection
2. Still Not Showing? Check These:
Model is still processing → Give it a few minutes and refresh the page
You closed the page too early → Just reopen My Collection from Dashboard
Poor internet connection → Reload or try another browser (Chrome recommended)
3. Did Your Model Fail?
If images never generated, your model may have failed due to poor photos or upload errors.
You can try again by:
Deleting the model and recreating it
Uploading 4–12 better quality photos

If it's been over 50 minutes and nothing appears, send us a message at:
Include your email and (if possible) your model name.
