What is the refund policy?

Headshotly works with AI-generated content, so refunds are handled carefully to keep things fair for both users and the platform.

Refunds Are Available If:

  • You were charged by mistake (duplicate payment or unauthorized charge)

  • You paid but didn’t receive any credits or access

  • The AI system completely failed to deliver any results, and support couldn’t fix it

In these cases, just contact us at [email protected] with your email and payment receipt.

Refunds Are Not Available For:

  • You used your credits and received results

  • You are unhappy with a style or aesthetic preference

  • You uploaded low-quality photos, which caused bad results

  • You forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal

How to Request a Refund

  1. Include:

    • Your account email

    • Order ID / transaction receipt

    • Reason for refund request

  2. Our team will review it within 2–5 business days

Tip:

If something went wrong, we often offer free re-generations or bonus credits before issuing a refund - so you still get value from your purchase.
