How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a plan?

Upgrade Your Plan

  1. Go to Dashboard β†’ Pricing or click Upgrade Plan (top-right corner).

  2. Select a new plan (Standard / Premium).

  3. Complete payment - your plan updates instantly.

Downgrade to a lower plan

  1. Go to Dashboard β†’ Pricing.

  2. Choose a lower plan (e.g., from Premium β†’ Standard or Basic).

  3. The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  4. 🚫 Plan downgrades are not supported.

    Once a subscription plan is purchased, it cannot be downgraded to a lower package (e.g., Premium β†’ Standard or Basic).

    If you no longer wish to continue on your current plan, you may cancel the subscription instead (see below).

Cancel Subscription

  1. Go to Dashboard β†’ Profile β†’ Billing / Subscription Settings

  2. Click Cancel Plan or Manage Subscription

  3. Your plan will stop auto-renewing, but you’ll retain access until the current billing period ends.

Alternatively, you can also manage or cancel your plan directly from your Stripe Billing Portal.

Note:

  • You won’t lose your models or images after cancelling.

  • You can reactivate your plan anytime.

  • For any billing issues, email [email protected].

FAQ

Will I lose my photos or models after cancelling?

No - your generated images and models stay in your account.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades happen instantly. Downgrades apply after the current billing period ends.

Will I get a refund if I cancel early?

No refunds for unused time, but you can still use your plan until it expires.
