How to manage notifications and emails

Headshotly sends important notifications about your account, model status, coupon rewards, and more. You can view and manage them directly from your dashboard.

1. How to View Notifications

  1. Go to your Dashboard.

  2. Click the bell icon 🔔 in the top-right corner.

  3. A dropdown will open showing:

    • Model completed alerts

    • Coupon or credit updates

    • System messages

You can:

  • Click a notification to view details.

  • Mark notifications as read (top right: “Mark all as read”).

2. Email Notifications

Headshotly may email you about:

  • Account login or password reset

  • Model training completed

  • Credit usage or plan updates

  • Payment confirmations

  • Promotions or offers (optional)

If you don't receive emails:

  • Check spam or junk folder.

  • Make sure your email is correct in Profile settings.

  • Add [email protected] to your contact list.

3. Can I Turn Off Emails?

Currently, essential emails (like password resets or billing updates) cannot be disabled for security reasons.

However, if you want to unsubscribe from promotional emails:

  • Open any Headshotly email → Click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom
    or

  • Contact support at [email protected]
